The Beginning
A living room, a record,

an impossible idea.
MAG-LEV Audio began in Ljubljana, where designers were listening to records and imagining what the record player of the future could become. The love of vinyl stayed at the centre — but the object around it was allowed to move forward.
The idea met engineering experience from people used to building complex systems. What followed was not a decoration around music, but a new starting sequence for it: the record is placed, the tonearm waits, and the platter rises into silence.
That moment became ML1.

ML1 continues in limited annual production, shaped by calibration, craft and private assistance rather than mass output.
