1. General information
MAG-LEV Audio products are designed and manufactured with care. This Warranty Policy explains how warranty and legal guarantee claims are handled.
This Warranty Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Legal guarantee for consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you are entitled to mandatory legal guarantee rights for goods that are faulty, defective or not as described.
These rights apply in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection laws and cannot be excluded by this Warranty Policy.
The legal guarantee applies to lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legally applicable period.
3. Commercial warranty
Any commercial warranty offered by MAG-LEV Audio applies in addition to, and does not replace or limit, mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Unless a separate written warranty document, product page or invoice states otherwise, the commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials under normal intended use.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
4. What the warranty covers
The warranty may cover defects caused by:
- manufacturing defects;
- defective materials;
- defects in workmanship;
- faults that occur under normal intended use of the product.
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we may, depending on the situation and applicable law, offer one or more of the following remedies:
- repair of the product;
- replacement of the product or defective part;
- price reduction;
- refund, where required by applicable law.
5. What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- misuse, abuse or negligence;
- incorrect installation, setup or handling;
- use outside the intended purpose of the product;
- failure to follow product instructions, manuals or safety guidelines;
- accidents, drops, impacts, liquid damage, fire or external causes;
- unauthorised repair, modification or opening of the product;
- use with incompatible accessories, parts or power supplies;
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality;
- damage during return shipping due to insufficient packaging;
- problems caused by customs handling, storage conditions or third-party service providers after delivery.
6. How to submit a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at:
maglevaudio@gmail.com
Please include:
- your full name;
- order number or proof of purchase;
- delivery address;
- a clear description of the issue;
- photos or video showing the issue;
- serial number or product identification, if available.
We may ask for additional information, photos, video evidence or diagnostic steps before approving a warranty claim.
7. Inspection and approval
Warranty claims are reviewed individually.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. The product must be properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this Warranty Policy and applicable law.
If the product is returned and no defect is found, or if the defect is not covered by warranty, we may reject the claim and the customer may be responsible for return shipping, inspection or handling costs where permitted by law.
8. Repairs and replacements
If a product or part is repaired or replaced, this does not restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished or functionally equivalent, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Business customers
For business customers, warranty rights may be limited to the terms expressly agreed in writing or stated on the invoice, product page or separate agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards business customers is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Business customers do not have consumer withdrawal rights unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
10. International customers
For customers outside the European Union, warranty rights may vary depending on the laws of the country of delivery.
MAG-LEV Audio will handle warranty claims in a fair and reasonable manner, but customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local charges or shipping costs related to international warranty returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.
11. Limitation
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
