1. About MAG-LEV Audio
MAG-LEV Audio sells levitating turntables and related accessories through the online store www.maglevaudio.com.
We sell to consumers and business customers worldwide, subject to product availability, delivery restrictions and applicable laws.
2. Consumers and business customers
These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers.
A consumer is a natural person who purchases products for personal use and not for business, trade or professional purposes.
A business customer is any person, company or organisation purchasing products for business, trade, resale or professional purposes.
Certain rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers.
3. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurately.
However, minor variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing differences or product updates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud or other legitimate reason.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or delivery restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
5. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, customer type and applicable tax rules.
For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees or other charges may apply. These charges are not controlled by us and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by external payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe or other providers shown at checkout.
We do not store full payment card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If bank transfer is available and selected, the order may be processed only after payment has been received in full.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship products using delivery partners such as DPD, GLS, Pošta Slovenije, UPS, FedEx or other carriers.
Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, weather, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs procedures, import duties, taxes or local charges unless stated otherwise.
8. Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.
Ownership of the product passes to the customer after we have received full payment.
For business customers, risk may pass earlier where permitted by applicable law or agreed shipping terms.
9. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or in another jurisdiction that grants a similar statutory right, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:
You must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract and provide your order number, name and contact details.
10. Returning products after withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The product must be returned to the address provided by us.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise or unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
The product should be returned undamaged, in its original packaging where reasonably possible, with all accessories, manuals, cables, documents and protective materials.
You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
11. Refunds after withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund the eligible payment received from you, including the standard delivery cost paid for the original delivery, if applicable.
We do not refund extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible.
12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at maglevaudio@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or video evidence.
Your legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer guarantee rights apply in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
13. Commercial warranty
Any commercial warranty offered by us applies in addition to, and does not limit, mandatory statutory consumer rights.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorised repairs, modifications, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, external causes or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Specific warranty terms may be provided with the product or on the relevant product page.
14. Business customers
For business customers, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
Returns, cancellations, warranties and claims for business purchases may be subject to separate terms or written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards business customers is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
15. Product use and safety
Products must be used only in accordance with the product instructions, manuals and intended purpose.
The customer is responsible for correct installation, handling, use, maintenance and storage of the product.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow instructions.
16. Intellectual property
All content on www.maglevaudio.com, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, design elements and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Boxed d.o.o. or MAG-LEV Audio.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
17. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
19. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, technical failures or supplier delays.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
