1. Shipping destinations

MAG-LEV Audio sells and ships products to customers worldwide, subject to product availability, delivery restrictions, carrier availability and applicable laws.

Some destinations may not be available at checkout due to shipping, customs, legal or logistical restrictions.

2. Shipping carriers

We may use delivery partners such as:

  • DPD;
  • GLS;
  • Pošta Slovenije;
  • UPS;
  • FedEx;
  • other local or international carriers.

The carrier used for a specific order may depend on the destination, product size, product value, shipping method and operational requirements.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

If bank transfer is selected, the order may be processed only after the full payment has been received in our bank account.

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, pre-order status, payment verification, fraud checks or other operational reasons.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times shown on the website, at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • carrier delays;
  • customs procedures;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
  • remote delivery locations;
  • holidays or non-working days;
  • weather conditions;
  • force majeure events;
  • import procedures;
  • local delivery disruptions;
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other third parties after the order has been handed over for delivery.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may depend on the destination, product type, product weight, product value, selected shipping method and applicable promotions.

6. International shipping, customs and import charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs processing fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are not controlled by us and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

The customer is responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs delays are outside our control and may extend delivery times.

7. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we may charge additional shipping, handling or return costs where permitted by law.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package or failed delivery attempts, we may deduct return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees or other related costs from any refund where permitted by law.

8. Failed delivery and uncollected packages

If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected within the carrier’s required time period, it may be returned to us.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, return costs, storage fees, customs charges or other fees charged by the carrier.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Damaged packages

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse delivery where possible or ask the carrier to record the damage.

Please contact us as soon as possible at maglevaudio@gmail.com and include:

  • order number;
  • photos of the damaged package;
  • photos of the product and packaging;
  • a description of the issue;
  • any carrier damage report, if available.

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier or our team may require it for inspection.

10. Lost packages

If tracking shows that the package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us at maglevaudio@gmail.com.

We may open an investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take time and must be completed before a replacement or refund can be approved, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

11. Pre-orders

If a product is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation where possible.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality control, supplier delays, customs, logistics or other circumstances outside our control.

If a pre-order is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.

12. Risk of loss

For consumer purchases, risk generally passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

For business customers, risk may pass earlier where permitted by applicable law or agreed shipping terms.
