1. General information
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, withdrawals, refunds and faulty product claims are handled.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
2. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

Please include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- product you wish to return;
- a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
3. Return period after withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The return address and return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
4. Condition of returned products
Returned products must be returned in good condition, with all accessories, cables, manuals, documentation, protective materials and original packaging where reasonably possible.
The customer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
We may reduce the refund if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, missing packaging, used beyond normal inspection or otherwise reduced in value.
5. Return shipping costs
For returns based on the consumer right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we agree otherwise or unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packed and protected during return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging or the customer’s chosen carrier.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the eligible payment received from you.
Refunds are normally made using the original payment method where possible.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We do not refund additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us.
7. Non-refundable costs
Unless required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing, the following costs may not be refundable:
- return shipping costs;
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- customs processing fees;
- brokerage fees;
- additional delivery upgrades;
- fees caused by incorrect address, failed delivery or refusal of delivery;
- costs caused by damage due to insufficient return packaging.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- photos or video of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- serial number or product identification, if available.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
9. Products damaged during delivery
If the package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all original packaging.
We may need photos, video evidence or carrier documentation to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Failure to keep the packaging or provide reasonable evidence may make it more difficult to process a shipping damage claim.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, contact us first. Depending on stock availability and the reason for return, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund.
11. Refused delivery and uncollected packages
If a package is refused, not collected, returned due to failed delivery attempts or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may deduct return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees or handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.
12. International returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for complying with all export and import requirements.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs declarations, import charges, taxes and any other costs related to returning the product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or missing customs documentation.
13. Business customers
The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
Returns for business purchases may be accepted only at our discretion or according to a separate written agreement.
Business customers must inspect products promptly after delivery and notify us of any visible defects, damage or incorrect delivery without undue delay.
